Residential Window Cleaning.
Windows, frames, tracks and sills — inside and out, finished properly so the glass stays clear for months rather than weeks.
Window Cleaning, done properly
Getting glass genuinely streak-free is part technique, part kit. Wanaka throws a lot at a window: nor'wester dust, lake spray, hard water spotting from the irrigation, and cobwebs that come back the moment the weather turns. A quick wipe with a cloth just moves it around.
I clean the whole window — not just the pane. Frames, tracks, sills and the cobwebs in the corners all get done, because that's the bit that makes a house look properly cared for.
Why pure water matters here.
Tap water is full of dissolved minerals. When it dries on glass, those minerals are what you see as spots and streaks. My system filters the water down to zero minerals, so it dries off the glass leaving nothing at all behind.
No detergent means no soap film — and no soap film means Wanaka's dust has nothing to stick to. Most people notice the glass staying clear noticeably longer than after a traditional clean.
