Based on Wilkin Road and on the road every day — from the lakefront out to Cardrona, Hāwea, Luggate and Tarras.
Wānaka
Town, lakefront and the surrounding streets — the bulk of my week. Everything from a two-bedroom unit off Brownston Street to architectural glass above the lake.
Albert Town
Five minutes up the road and a regular stop. Lots of large west-facing glass out here that catches the full nor'wester, so exteriors need doing more often than people expect.
Northlake
New builds and near-new homes, which means a lot of builders cleans as well as regular residential work. Big joinery, plenty of double-height stairwell glass.
Lake Hāwea
Covered on the same run as Hāwea Flat. Holiday homes and permanent residences both — and a fair few solar arrays.
Hāwea Flat
Gravel roads and open paddocks. Dust here is relentless, so most places out this way sit on three or four cleans a year rather than two.
Luggate
On the way through to Cromwell and easy to fit in. Rural properties, sheds and houses that catch a lot of road dust.
Cardrona
Valley properties and alpine holiday homes. Access and weather dictate timing more than the calendar does, so it pays to book ahead of the ski season.
Tarras
The furthest regular run. Worth a call to line it up with other work out that way — it usually can be.
